Special Guest Speaker Courtney Wright, “INCOSE Certification Update”
Courtney Wright, CSEP and the Program Manager for INCOSE’s Certification Program, will talk about recent and upcoming changes for the Program. This includes the transition to the fifth edition of the INCOSE SE Handbook, which affects the knowledge exam and academic equivalency. She will also talk about a change in reference requirements for CSEPs and a temporary opportunity for ESEPs who apply in 2023.
Biography:
Courtney Wright leads the strategic and tactical operations of the SE Certification Program.She handles INCOSE Certification program’s external interfaces and marketing, as well as ensuring internal policies are being followed. Courtney works with individuals and large organizations to support their professional development activities.
Courtney has also performed modeling and simulation for the USAF; specialty engineering for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO); requirements for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA); architecture and design for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA); and SE training development for the FAA.
Courtney holds a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MS in Operations from Georgia Institute of Technology.
