Luis Garcia is a Senior Systems Engineer at Philips and an INCOSE-Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP). He combines more than a decade of experience in aviation and MedTech with a passion for Systems Thinking, collaboration and strengthening systems engineering practice.

Abstract.

SEP certification provides a recognised benchmark for Systems Engineering competence. However, preparing alone can be difficult. INCOSE NL created a peer-learning cohort to turn that challenge into a shared journey.
Participants learned from one another across sectors, countries and project contexts. The result was not only successful certification outcomes, but also a built professional network. Join us for practical insights on creating SE Communities of Practice around professional development.
