From Documents to Model Based Systems Engineering with the help of AI
13:00 – 14:30
Abstract
Within the sector, we use MBSE to manage structured and explicit information. However, traditional forms of documentation still play a major role. For example, we know tender documents, design notes, and standards that often form the input for the project. That means a lot of reading, a lot of consultation and a lot of research. Collaborating within documents, managing these documents and their availability is a sensitive issue. That is why we see that the sector often wants to transfer the information from these documents to models… But letting go of existing documents requires a considerable effort: that means identifying every piece of information in your document, indicating how you interpret that information, and how you want to use it. Fortunately, this process can be significantly accelerated with the help of Artificial Intelligence.
In this workshop, Arcadis and Semmtech will take you on this journey of discovery. We will see how to go from documentation to information, and how the in-house AI tooling can support this process and how this information can be quickly used in a project.
After that, there will be an open discussion on how the latest AI techniques can make MBSE (even) more accessible.
This is an interactive session in which we also use digital tools. A laptop is required to fully participate.
